# Product Reselling

In the event of resale of the Product by the Acquirer, the Acquirer is informed that for each successive resale, a sum in % of the amount of the sale will be due to PHYSITAL.

This amount will be defined on the smart-contract of each collection and will be automatically transferred to the PHYSITAL cryptowallet.
