# Applicable Legislation

These Terms and Conditions, which include the Product Terms, are governed by Panamanian law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, disputes relating to orders placed on the Site shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Panamanian courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
