Product Acquisition

To place an order for Products, the Buyer is invited to follow the instructions on the Site. The Buyer will be able to check the details of the order, its total price, and applicable transaction fees (Gas Fees) on the Ethereum blockchain, and to modify any error before definitively confirming the order of Products.

The acquisition of the Product will be subject to the possession by the Buyer of a MetaMask crypto wallet, without which the transaction cannot take place. Once the order has been placed on the site, PHYSITAL will send the Purchaser an email confirming the details of the order and acknowledging receipt. Full payment for the order will be made at the time of our confirmation of the purchase of the Product on the Site.

The number of Products offered for sale is necessarily limited. The Purchaser renounces all claims in the event that the product is no longer available on the day the order is placed. PHYSITAL will do its best to inform users of any unavailability as soon as possible once the total number of products has been sold out.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE AN NFT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SOLD AND TRANSFERRED, IT MAY NOT BE RETURNED AND THE PAYMENT AND ANY ASSOCIATED TRANSACTION (I.E., GAS) COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
